THEME

Our theme this month is PEOPLE WHO HELP US. We will be talking to the children about a wide range of occupations and what people do in their daily work. We already have had visits from the postman and optician this year and this month we will have a very busy schedule including a visit from the Fire and Rescue Service, a fireman, the dentist and a Road Safety Officer.

Fire and Rescue Service: Monday 1st March

Road Safety Officer: Thursday 11th March

Dentist visit: Mrs Pauline Jackson Thursday 12th March

Miss Toal’s class will visit Edenderry Nursery School on Tuesday 16th March.

Health and Safety at School

Parents/grannies please remember you must park in the Church car park at the beginning and end of the school day. This is to protect the safety of our children.

It is very important that we are able to contact you or someone on your child’s contact list during the school day, if you have changed your mobile phone number please inform the school immediately so that phone numbers can be updated.

DELTA PARENTING PROGRAMME

A big thank-you to Amy Cummin’s mum who completed the DELTA parenting programme in the school. Congratulations.
