The Curriculum and Organisation The school curriculum aims to give the children time and space to grow and develop emotionally, intellectually, socially and physically.
Through observation of the varying patterns of this growth and development, appropriate plans are made ensuring variety and progression in indoor and outdoor play situations, play materials and sensory experiences, so that the development of the children’s skills and concepts is sustained and extended. Within a balanced daily programme, provision is made for vigorous and challenging outdoor play, child initiated and teacher directed indoor play, which includes provision for the development of mathematical, scientific, linguistic, musical, physical, creative and aesthetic skills.
